Birthday cake. Foosball. Pinball. Pinewood Derbies. Scooters . . . in the halls. Way too many high-fives. Welcome to XanGo.

With a corporate culture that exhales excitement and employees who infuse every effort with bizarre amounts of creativity, XanGo boasts an anything-but-typical workplace. You might find cubicles. But they’re the coolest cubicles around. The nice designer ones . . . with low walls and plenty of decorations. And the occasional orange wall doesn’t hurt, either.

We probably ought to mention the 3-4 times a year that we rent out an entire movie theater and screen the hottest new blockbuster. Or that an ice cream machine finds its way into our break room once or twice a month. Or, how about the fact that our break room is actually a 10,000-foot break floor. It covers the whole 4th story, a glorious merger of eating, exercising, playing and resting. Ten total showers accompany the locker room and fitness center. Booths and bistro seating offer respite reminiscent of a nice sit-down joint. Vending machines have taken one step closer to stealing humans’ food-handling jobs. And ping pong, foosball, air hockey and arcade games beckon to the break-takers.

The truth is, you almost have to experience it to believe it. Especially when it comes to the tremendous charitable work we’re proud to be a part of. Rebuilding villages in Thailand. Medical missions to South America. A Christmas-in-July gift drive. There’s always something good happening at XanGo.
